How do I place my order? 

Visit our contact page to submit an order request, or with any questions you may have.  

 

What methods of payments are accepted?

We prefer Paypal or Credit Card.

       

How is my order shipped?

Most jewelry is shipped via USPS - Typical orders will ship using Priority Mail 2-Day™

Most tack is shipped via UPS ground.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We put the email address you provide in the USPS or the UPS tracking information.

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Most jewelry, small tack items shipped via USPS is $7 flat rate. Most tack sets via UPS range from $15-$25 US. International rates vary.

 

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes. When you visit our contact page, submit an email inquiry, we will get your info regarding gift certificates.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Although we believe you will love your handcrafted items, we accept returns or exchange within 14 days of the date of original shipment. The returned item must be in original condition and not worn. When returning an item please tell us whether it is a return or exchange. 

All returns must be insured by you and sent boxed by the postal service or UPS.  Please do not return items in a padded envelope.  

Unfortunately, Gift Certificates, sale and custom items are non-refundable.

Can I get my custom jewelry repaired?

If your jewelry is in need of repair we can consider repairing the item for you.  This depends on the type of material and piece damaged.  We recommend that you send us an email with a photo of the damaged piece before sending any product to us for repair.  Exact quotes can be provided once we have received and inspected the damaged piece.  Therefore, repair prices for damaged jewelry pieces will vary.  Once we have evaluated the damaged piece we will contact and discuss your repair pricing and options.  Once you have authorized the repair please allow between two to three weeks from your authorization.

Tack repairs: We will evaluate the cause and extent of damage and will do our best to resolve any damage. If it is a default in the finish or lost stones on conchos, we will provide assistance in replacement or repair of items.

  

Can I buy customized items or in a different size?

We try to do our best to meet our customer’s needs. Please contact us regarding your request for customized jewelry, purses, belts and horse tack.
